About us

We are a non-profit organization that has for over 15 years supported and promoted economic development in the region, and at the same time one of the oldest institutions of this type in the country. Our activities and services are distinguished by:

• PROFESSIONALISM - in 2004 we have been awarded with PN-EN ISO 9001:2009 quality management system and certificate in the scope of training and information services, as well as accreditation from the West Pomerania Chief Education Officer for performing extracurricular activities.
• EXPERIENCE - in past years our organisation has carried out over 200 trainings, enabling more than 4000 people to earn new qualifications;
• OPENNESS - we cooperate with the European Commission, governmental institutions, business support organisations, entrepreneurs, researchers and local authorities, including the City of Szczecin;
• GROWTH-ORIENTATION - thanks to EU projects undertaken by ZSRG-SCP, close to 200 new businesses have been created;
• INNOVATION - over the last few years we have conducted several technology audits, showing companies new development directions;
• EFFECTIVENESS - thanks to us hundreds of Polish companies have had the chance to meet foreign partners during brokerage events organized by us; we have also disseminated more than 2000 cooperation offers;
• ORGANIZATIONAL PERFECTION - we organise brokerage events, train, provide information and advice, help companies to grow, issue publications for entrepreneurs, assist unemployed individuals, and carry out projects co-financed by the European Union.

The association consists of several entities helping to grow business in our region:

• BUSINESS INCUBATOR – providing office space for business start-ups.
• TRAINING CENTRE – initiating lifelong learning schemes and organising training courses in frames of EU and governmental support.
• ENTERPRISE EUROPE NETWORK – advises, informs and trains. Thanks to European Union support, it is able to offer entrepreneurs free-of-charge services such as commercial and technological partner search, mediations leading to mutual agreements, funding search, legal and fiscal advice, analysis of innovative potential and technology search.
• STUDENT ENTREPRENEURS CLUB – organizes trainings for business start-ups and teaches students how to establish a business and open up to EU markets.
• SOCIAL INTEGRATION CENTRE – facilitates the return to the job market of unemployed people, especially from deprived areas and various risk groups.

We also offer the rental of rooms for conferences (large enough to accommodate 5-200 people) and trainings including IT- workshops and have a social facilities adapted to the needs of disabled persons.
